Controversial singer Patrick Mulwana, popularly known as Alien Skin, has boldly declared himself among Uganda’s music legends.
The 29-year-old artist believes his impact on the local entertainment scene has earned him a spot alongside some of the country’s greatest names.
According to Alien Skin, he has achieved enough within a short time to “write his name on the wall” of Ugandan music history.
He now ranks himself among Jose Chameleone, Bebe Cool, Bobi Wine, Ragga Dee, Emperor Orlando, and Maddox Ssematimba figures widely regarded as the fathers of modern Ugandan music.
While his statement has sparked mixed reactions among fans, there’s no denying Alien Skin’s influence in reshaping Uganda’s street music culture and connecting deeply with the ghetto youth.
