Kenyan media personality and TikTok star Azziad Nasenya is reportedly on the verge of losing her luxurious home in Kileleshwa after failing to keep up with mortgage payments.
According to reports, her house has been placed for auction by Okuku Agencies, following a default on a mortgage worth Shs 25 million.
The property is said to be located in the Platinum Oak Residency, an upscale apartment complex with 16 floors and 99 units.
Azziad, who rose to fame with her viral TikTok dance videos and has since built a career as a radio host and influencer, is yet to make a public statement about the situation.
The news has sparked conversation online, with many sympathizing with her financial struggles, while others see it as a reminder of the high costs of maintaining luxury lifestyles in Nairobi’s posh estates.
