Ugandan music powerhouse Cindy Sanyu, real name Cinderella Sanyu, has opened up about her growing interest in joining politics in the near future.
Speaking in a recent interview, Cindy revealed that her desire to serve people especially her loyal fans has been growing stronger with time.
“It’s a thing I have in my heart. I like to be of service to people. Sometimes I think about it and I’m like, ‘All the people who have supported me for all these years, how can I be of service to them?’ Sometimes it points towards leadership, it points towards politics, but we have not yet reached that. We are still making music,” she shared.
While she hasn’t confirmed when she might make the political move, fans are already excited to see if the King Herself will one day swap the microphone for a seat in leadership.
