The highly publicized divorce between music star Jose Chameleone and his wife Daniella Atim has been postponed until September 2025, as the couple has yet to finalize their settlement.
Key issues still under discussion include the division of property, child custody, and financial support.
According to reports, Daniella is demanding full ownership of their Seguku residence and ongoing financial support for their five children.
Daniella officially filed for divorce in March, citing years of emotional abandonment, neglect, and lack of support.
She has also opened up about her struggles with depression during the marriage, claiming that Chameleone was largely absent for the past five years, leaving her to raise the children alone.
Chameleone, however, maintains that his priority is the welfare of the children, stressing that the assets in question are ultimately for their benefit and not just for him and Daniella.
With the September date set, all eyes will be on the court as one of Uganda’s most famous celebrity marriages moves toward its official conclusion.
