Ugandan singer King Saha has announced plans to sue popular TikToker Dr Cephcoh, real name Ismail Ssefuko, for defamation.
Through his legal team, Wamimba Advocates and Solicitors, King Saha issued a formal notice of intent to sue following a video posted by Dr Cephcoh on May 5, 2025, on his TikTok account (@dr.cephcoh_official). In the video, Cephcoh accused King Saha of being responsible for damaging his silver Toyota Noah, registration number UBP 661Q.

Saha’s lawyers have dismissed these claims as false, stating that the singer was in Japan at the time of the alleged incident, a fact backed by his travel documents and eyewitnesses.
The legal notice highlights that the video has severely damaged King Saha’s reputation, exposing him to public ridicule, emotional distress, and potential loss of professional opportunities.
Saha is demanding UGX 200 million in compensation within seven days. He also requires Dr Cephcoh to issue a formal public apology and retract the defamatory statements on all platforms where they were published.
