A tragic domestic dispute has shocked residents of Seguku after a man identified as Robert died following a violent altercation with his wife, Patricia Ssuuna.
According to reports, Robert discovered that Patricia had been unfaithful, which led him to take their six-month-old baby for a DNA test. The results revealed that the child was not his, despite him supporting the pregnancy.
The couple’s troubles were further fueled by missing land papers from their home, which Robert claimed had mysteriously disappeared from the house drawers.
When confronted, Patricia denied knowing their whereabouts. Their heated arguments, some captured in WhatsApp messages, escalated into a physical fight.
Following the altercation, Patricia and her friends rushed Robert to a clinic in Seguku, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

A postmortem examination later revealed that Robert had suffered a fatal blow to the head with a metal object. Blood stains were also discovered in the house during the vigil.
Patricia disappeared soon after the incident and did not attend the burial. However, she was later tracked down and arrested along with her mother.
The two are currently detained at Natete Police Station, awaiting their court appearance next week.
Robert and Patricia were married in 2019 and had two children together, including the baby whose paternity was disputed. It has also been reported that Robert had another wife named Nantogo Winnie, who was his first spouse.
The case has raised questions about domestic violence and the tragic consequences of unresolved marital conflicts.
