Musician Mike Wine has come out guns blazing, calling out Cindy Sanyu for what he calls a disrespectful move scheduling her concert on the same day as his younger brother Dax Vibez.
Both shows are set for August 29th, 2025, with Dax Vibez having announced first his event to be held at Hotel Africana.
But just last week, Cindy confirmed her concert for Millennium Park, Lugogo sparking backlash from Mike Wine, who says it’s unfair competition and poor industry ethics.
“This is not how we support each other as Ugandan artists,” Mike Wine said. “Cindy should have been more considerate.”
Cindy, however, responded earlier stating the date overlap was unintentional, and she only found out about Dax’s concert during a TikTok livestream when fans alerted her.
With fans now caught in the middle, the big question remains:
Who will win the battle of August 29th the King Herself or Firebase’s rising star?
