Paper Town Music is a dynamic Record Label and Artist Management Company based in Kampala, Uganda. Located on Mutungo Hill along Natasha Road, the label was founded during the COVID era by Otim Walter Ayo, popularly known as “Manager Frayo”, and Rwothomio Samuel, also known as “Mio Made.” Since its official formation, Paper Town Music has been home to a diverse range of talented artists, consistently delivering fresh sounds to the Ugandan music scene.
Currently, the label manages two promising artists: Kulcha Don and Eddie Mi.
Kulcha Don has released two exciting projects—“Ngalabi” in 2024 and “Labako Bulabi” in 2025, both showcasing his unique urban dancehall style.
Eddie Mi is making waves with his latest tracks, “Control” and “Suubi,” both set to dominate the airwaves in 2025.
