Princess Amira and Minister Kasolo
Musician Princess Amira has confirmed her official conversion to Islam and adopted a new name Princess Amira Kasolo in honor of her husband, Minister Haruna Kasolo.
The couple reportedly held a low-key wedding ceremony, avoiding public attention out of respect for existing co-wives, particularly Aisha Kasolo, to avoid unnecessary drama.
Amira did not hold back in expressing her confidence in her status, claiming she is “the Minister’s favorite wife (mugole)” adding that she is still “fresh and clean” compared to the older first wives.

She vowed to stand by her husband “come rain or sunshine.”
“I’d rather be a third wife to a rich man and cry in a Benz than be with a broke man and cry on a bodaboda,” she reportedly told close friends.
Sources close to the couple reveal that Minister Kasolo has been bankrolling Amira’s music career, covering her studio fees, rent, and even buying her a car since their relationship began.

The bold statements have stirred reactions online, with many applauding her honesty while others criticize her for belittling co-wives.
Either way, Princess Amira Kasolo seems unfazed living life on her terms and in the spotlight of both love and luxury.
