According to reports, singer Spice Diana has officially revealed that she is no longer part of the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF), despite being one of its pioneer committee members at its launch.
Spice Diana explained that her decision to leave stemmed from the federation’s lack of a clear vision and direction.
She stated that she could no longer associate herself with a body that has failed to fulfill its purpose of uniting and empowering artists.

“My journey with the federation has come to an end because they lack a clear vision. I can’t be part of such an association,” she said.
The UNMF was initially formed to bring musicians together and advocate for their rights.
However, critics and some members, including Spice Diana, have expressed disappointment, saying the federation has become more partisan and less focused on the artists’ collective welfare.
