A section of music fans, especially from Western Uganda, are expressing disappointment following Sheebah Karungi’s announcement of her concert,
“The Return of the Queen” set for August 22, 2025 the same day T-Paul 256 had earlier booked for his Lugogo Cricket Oval show.
T-Paul fans feel betrayed and accuse Sheebah of attempting to sabotage their artiste’s big moment.
According to them, T-Paul announced his concert plans earlier this month, and it’s unfair for a more established artiste like Sheebah to choose the same date, knowing the possible clash.
“She could have picked any other weekend, but this feels intentional” one fan wrote online.
Others called on event organizers and music stakeholders to help avoid such collisions that hurt growing talent.
As tensions simmer, both concerts are expected to draw massive attention, but fans are now left divided and concerned about what this date clash means for unity in Uganda’s music industry.
