Popular TikToker CB Talker has been left heartbroken after failing to secure the National Unity Platform (NUP) flag for Makindye West Lord Councillor.
In an emotional Facebook post, the content creator expressed his disappointment, revealing that despite investing time and effort in mobilization, he was not declared the party’s flag bearer.
“SERIOUSLY THEY HAVE NOT ANNOUNCED ME AS FLAG BEARER MAKINDYE WEST 1 , EH EH THEY TOLD US WE DO GROUND AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE I ACCEPT THE FACT AND AM NOT DOING APPEAL”, CB Talker wrote.
The news has triggered sympathy from his followers, many of whom have encouraged him to remain strong and continue engaging with his community.
While CB Talker has ruled out filing an appeal, his supporters believe this could just be a stepping stone for his political journey, noting that his online influence may still shape the future of youth politics in Makindye.
