
Mugisha Kempaka, a popular TikToker from Western Uganda, has been arrested by crime intelligence authorities over allegations of promoting tribal hate against the Baganda community.
Kempaka, who identifies as a Munyarwanda, is said to have posted several inflammatory videos on TikTok targeting the Buganda Kingdom. In the videos,

he reportedly insulted the Baganda people and even suggested they should be wiped out. He went further to urge President Museveni to abolish the kingdom and declare himself Kabaka (king).
His arrest has sparked heated debates online, with many calling for strict action against tribal incitement. Police are currently holding Kempaka as investigations continue.
