The bodybuilding community in Uganda is in mourning following the death of Axam Kiseka, a legendary figure in the sport who has proudly represented Uganda in numerous bodybuilding competitions across East Africa and the world.
Kiseka, who had been battling an undisclosed illness for several weeks, passed away at Nsambya Hospital. According to close friends, doctors were unable to diagnose the exact cause of his illness, leading to speculation among some that it may have been related to witchcraft.
Throughout his career, Kiseka was known for his exceptional physique, discipline, and dedication, becoming a symbol of Ugandan pride in the international bodybuilding arena.
His passing is a huge loss to the bodybuilding fraternity and the sports community at large.
