Popular singer and UNMF President Eddy Kenzo has said he has no plans to ever retire from music.
While speaking in a recent interview, Kenzo explained that although he has achieved almost everything in his music career, he doesn’t feel like he’s working because music is something he enjoys.
“I don’t expect to retire because I’ve never felt like I’m working,” Kenzo said. “I do it casually and earn big from it.”
He added that he works at his own pace.
“So many people call me, asking me to perform, and I turn them down because I’m resting. Then one morning, I wake up ready to work. That is how I do my thing. Sometimes I rest, then I work, then rest again.”
Kenzo has been one of Uganda’s biggest music exports for over a decade, and his love for music shows no signs of slowing down.
